The hotel has that vintage charm and is quite spacious, especially the public areas and pool. However, the beds in the room were a bit uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. The kitchen was well-equipped, but I felt the overall price didn't reflect the condition of the furniture and amenities. Still, the friendly atmosphere in the Tiki Bar and the lovely sunset views definitely made up for some shortcomings.

Our stay was simply delightful! The spacious two-room suite was perfect for our family, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Jonathan at the front desk. We appreciated the variety of activities available, such as the free bike rentals to explore Dunedin. However, the dining options fell short, and the restaurant could use some improvements. Overall, it was a charming resort with a lot to love!
